VR System Design

As a system designer, I often use Unreal to do prototypes. 

I prototyped systems and features in VR such as social lobby, seasonal events, new player experience, customization, purchase and social experience such as personal bubble, etc .


MMO System Design

I designed features in a turn-based MMO, systems including combat mechanics, class, skills, inventory, gear, social features, etc.

Mobile Game Design

I led the design for casual card games, created feature roadmap and game dev pipeline, including product, design, tech and art. In addition, I crafted the meta games and social features that enhanced the customer experience, drove improvements and optimizations for customer acquisition, engagement and/or monetization. 

Balancing

I managed and balanced multiple game economies, including combat,  in-game currencies, resources and virtual goods to deliver desired player experience and achieve production goals at the same time.

Analytics

I also worked with the analytics team, designed and implemented game telemetry and created analytics dashboard. I used Python, RStudio and Elasticsearch to visualize and analyze data,  which was used to help the design team make data-assisted decisions.
